TOCHI Ramen-ya
Our Sheboygan location is much different from our prior West Bend location.
We have 3 tables that we reserve. There are 12 seats at the bar which we do not reserve.
We start taking reservations at 11:30am. We fill up quick. When we are full, the phone is off the hook.

We are punk rock.
DIY ethic for you. No chain, just people wanting your meal to be perfect. Sacrifice and love.

THE KITCHEN

Chef Gregg learned to cook in a kitchen, not at culinary school.   His career started at a Greek restaurant.  Then worked at a few restaurants in West Bend including the Audubon Inn.  He was also executive chef at Bristlecone Pines Golf Club in Hartland.  And, he and a couple of friends opened Muddy's on Main serving up cajun cuisine in the heart of West Bend.

Now he is looking to bring a new cuisine to West Bend, Japanese ramen.  Chef Gregg caught the ramen bug a few years ago and has never looked back.  TOCHI is a dream coming to life.
