THE KITCHEN

Chef Gregg learned to cook in a kitchen, not at culinary school.   His career started at a Greek restaurant.  Then worked at a few restaurants in West Bend including the Audubon Inn.  He was also executive chef at Bristlecone Pines Golf Club in Hartland.  And, he and a couple of friends opened Muddy's on Main serving up cajun cuisine in the heart of West Bend.

Now he is looking to bring a new cuisine to West Bend, Japanese ramen.  Chef Gregg caught the ramen bug a few years ago and has never looked back.  TOCHI is a dream coming to life.
